Macaroni & Cheese Muffins for Missionaries?

Joshua, at breakfast yesterday, declared (totally out of the blue), "When I grow up, I'm gonna be a missionary and eat macaroni and cheese muffins for dinner." We weren't talking about missionaries or eating mac & cheese or even muffins. I'm not sure from where that statement came. We weren't even talking about what we want to be when we grow up!

I'm fine with the missionary part, but mac & cheese muffins? Really? I've never heard of them before! Have you?

    I am loving all the posts!! Woo hoo!!!! Please keep them coming! Mac and cheese muffins.... hmmmm... I have never heard of that flavor of muffin before, but you know maybe you can market it or start your own muffin store with creative muffin ideas from the kiddos (as long as they were tasty!) Ha ha! Are mac and cheese and muffins Joshua's favorite foods?

    I don't know, but if ANYONE could make them and have them taste good, it would be you Lisa! :) It's so hard for me to imagine Joshua saying that, btw... to me, he is still the quiet little boy I once knew! Time marches on. Sigh.
